I believe that balance is crucial in every aspect of our lives. I have experience with both Eastern as well as Western Medicine, and I work within both worlds.

While working as a Radiation Therapist at Northwestern with cancer patients, I became aware of acupuncture and the incredible benefits it provides. An anesthesiologist used it in conjunction with modern medicine and swore by its benefits. After further research, I discovered its powerful effects on the body, and several unique styles of treatment.

There is a massive need in today's society for alternative healing. Using a tradition with thousands of years of practice behind it, I have found successful methodologies in treating anxiety, depression, certain cases of addiction, and pain management.

Whether we are lessening everyday tension, or utilizing natural supplements as part of a pain management program, I am here for you.

A Life of Balance

About My Practice

I listen to your body and mind separately, and then treat them both according to what they need. That is the key to unlocking your health.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture works by activating the body’s self-healing ability. This is why acupuncture can address everything from irritable bowel syndrome to back pain to the side effects of chemotherapy.

Cupping

The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system. Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, and rheumatism.

Energy Work

Tibetan Singing Bowls,  Crystal Therapy, and Tibetan Bells (Ting Sha) are just a few...
